It's written from your answers, using your stories, the names you give and the way you describe people. If a line doesn't feel right, use a free rewrite or change the wording yourself before the day.
Who writes the speech?
Speechmade uses AI (Claude, made by Anthropic) guided by your answers and by how speeches are done at UK weddings and funerals. Nothing is invented about the people involved - it only uses what you tell us.
What happens to what I type?
Your answers are sent to Anthropic to write the speech and are kept for 30 days so your rewrites work, then deleted. They're never used to train AI models or shared with anyone else. The privacy policy has the full detail.
How long does it take?
Most people spend 10 to 15 minutes on the questions. The speech itself is ready in under a minute.
Can I change it afterwards?
Yes. You get two free rewrites - for example "make it shorter" or "add a story about the dog" - and the speech is yours to edit however you like.
